  • This first trial treatment acknowledgment has to be present upon treatment.

  • This first trial treatment is not exchangeable for cash or any other treatments, rituals, packages, or products

  • Reservations are necessary and appointments are subject to availability.

  • Please inform BH Medical Aesthetics at least 3 days in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • This first trial treatment will be voided in the event of a last-minute cancellation, rescheduling, or missed appointment.
