HIFU

(High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)

HIFU is a high-intensity focused ultrasound for a non-invasive facelift.

HIFU emits high-intensity ultrasound that penetrates the treated area to the depth of choice, with geometric precision. Focused ultrasound-induced thermal coagulation to 4 different depths of the skin and connective tissue. The thermal coagulation promotes the formation of new collagen fibers and the end result is a non-invasive lifting effect.

The treatment theory is able to get various types of heat energy into the skin more effectively, and it is effective for strengthening the skin such as face lifting, skin tightening, and line correction. The applicator of HIFU provides a procedure on the curved area of the skin surface by moving technique.

What is TDT?

  • HIFU irradiates at a certain depth in the skin by using 10Hz as the faster velocity of High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound without any damage to the epidermis.

  • It is to stimulate collagen by giving a strong heat effect to dermal collagen fiber.

Face Lifting and Sculpting

The dermal layer and SMAS layer, which is the target depth in the skin, can be applied with heating energy in two ways technique of micro-focusing and diffusion to give thermal effect to all layers of the skin. Strong thermal energy causes contraction and neo-collagenases in the skin.
